As Director and Chief OPerating Officer Wayne over sees the day to day running of the practice. Having completed articles with BDO ( then BDO Spencer Steward ), Wayne brings with him 32 years of experience in the Audit Profession as well as the Commercial Sector. His key areas of expertise are Assurance, Business Consulting and Donor Funded Audits (USAID, CDC, NIH and European Union). Wayne is a registered AGA(SA) with SAICA, General Tax Practitioner (SA) with SAIT as well as a Registered Tax Practitioner with South African Revenue Services. Wayne's are of specialization is taxation, consulting and donor funded audits. Wayne has conducted donor audits for international donors such as National Institutes of Health (NIH), Centre for Disease Control, US Federal Funding from U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the U.S Department of Education (USDoE). He was Finance Professional for the Global Fund LFA team for Kingdom of Lesotho. He was involved in the audit of the Implementing Partners of the United Nations High Commission For Refugees. He has conducted programme audits for Deutsche Gesellschaff fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GiZ) GmbH. Wayne was for many years involved with financial audit of multiple projects commissioned by the European Commission, DIFID. He brings a wealth of almost 30 years experience in taxation, consulting and assurance to the team.
